What PO182 means for the next production and design decisions
①
Athleisure Cap V3 keeps extending its #1 all-time lead — now 2,781 units, while Cap V1 reached 1,879.
②
Calligrafitti Polo Black enters the recent-era Top 10 at #8 — a +100 run brings it to 330 units and makes it PO182's only non-cap mover.
③
2026 has crossed 8,000 units — 8,086 already, 62% above 2025's 4,994, and the year is not finished.
④
Three designs drove nearly three quarters of PO182 — Cap V1, Cap V3, and Polo Black contributed 313 of the 430 added units.
⑤
Athleisure remains the collection engine — 7,440 units across 16 tracked designs, averaging 465 units per design.
⑥
Use the archive as a production filter — the 71% restock share still favors scaling proven demand while keeping new releases selective.

Cap 06 is the scale lane at 12.05 ROI; Cap 01 and Cap 04 supply efficient support while Cap 02 remains capped.
Current recommendations
01
Scale Feed Cap 06 gradually. It now leads product return at 12.05 ROI with 57 orders; 105 incoming units support a controlled increase after receipt.
02
Protect volume Keep Cap 03 fully available. Its 406 orders make it the volume base, but 5.51 ROI says defend efficiency before broad scaling.
03
Support Keep Cap 01 and Cap 04 visible. Their 9.70 and 7.60 ROI readings diversify the campaign away from one product.
04
Cap Cap 02 remains the clear drag. A 1.18 ROI does not justify more spend without a stronger creative or offer.

Where the Next Ad Peso Should Go
Incremental-budget direction · this guides new money, not the full existing platform budget
Split the next tranche evenly between Facebook and TikTok, then reserve a controlled recovery test for Shopee. Facebook still has the highest directional effective return at only 22.7% of spend, but its newest batch fell to 2.95. TikTok has the strongest product-level scale case in Cap 06. Shopee's Aug 23 recovery and Polos efficiency justify a measured 20% test—not a broad increase.

01 · Facebook → Webstore
Increase First
Use Athleisure 01 for the next narrow test. Athleisure 03 still leads cumulatively, but the newest batch cooled and should be protected rather than broadly scaled.
Move: test a 5–10% increase, then review after 48–72 hours. Guardrail: stop if incremental return does not recover above the current 5.93 account average.
02 · TikTok Shop
Increase Selectively
Keep Cap 03 as the volume base and give the next product-level increase to Cap 06 at 12.05 ROI. Cap 01 remains the efficient support lane.
Move: shift budget toward the proven caps before raising the whole platform. Guardrail: confirm incoming stock and protect the 5.02× blended effective return.
03 · Shopee
Controlled Recovery
Fund Calli White and Black together, then give Cap 06 the next Athleisure test. Keep Cap 03 active as volume protection, not the scale candidate.
Move: use only the reserved 20% tranche. Guardrail: keep the increase only if marginal return stays above 6.0 and size depth remains safe.

Recommendations, diagnosis, risks, and review triggers in one browsing pass
Facebook · efficiencyProtect the leader; increase Cap 03 first.
Facebook has the highest directional effective return while taking the smallest spend share. Keep Docker steady and Cap 01 active, but make Cap 03 the first incremental-budget recipient.
Review: 48–72 hours after a 10–15% increase. Stop if incremental return stays below the account average for two checks.
TikTok · volumeScale proven caps, not the whole platform.
Cap 03 supplies the volume base while Cap 06 and Cap 01 offer stronger product efficiency. Additional money should follow received inventory and stable blended return.
Review: after PO receipt and a meaningful order sample. Avoid broad scaling when one SKU carries most of the volume.
Shopee · margin disciplineReallocate before increasing.
Marketplace fee drag keeps Shopee third on effective return. Protect Calli White, keep Cap 03 live, and move spend away from weaker listings before adding platform budget.
Unlock: Calli White has inbound cover and Calli Black PO182 is received with usable size depth.
Efficiency vs. volumeFacebook is the best next-peso channel; TikTok remains the best scale and discovery engine. Those are different jobs, so one winner should not absorb every budget.
Concentration riskTikTok already carries 43.7% of cross-platform spend and Cap 03 carries much of its product volume. Diversify by proven product, not by equal platform splits.
Inventory can veto mediaA strong ROAS is not permission to scale when stock or size depth is uncovered. Calli White is the clearest example; receipt confirmation gates Cap 01, Docker, and Calli Black.
Raw ROAS is not profitTikTok and Shopee effective-return adjustments are directional. Facebook still excludes COGS, fulfillment, refunds, and attribution differences, so compare movement—not absolute profit.
Marginal return mattersUse the newest meaningful batch to test whether the historical average still holds. Pause an increase when the marginal result weakens for two consecutive checks.
Decision cadenceReview budget every 48–72 hours, inventory on PO receipt, and the full platform allocation after all three sources use the same reporting cutoff.

01
Sales momentum August remains ahead of July's daily sales pace. It reached 68.1% of July's close with 61.3% of the month elapsed.
02
Cap decision Freeze discretionary Others spend or approve a controlled exception. Only ₱459.48 remains and 12 calendar days are still open.
03
SOA discipline July's final margin is 24.96%, not 29.56%. The ₱51,075 SOA adjustment shows why pre-SOA margins must remain directional.
04
Unreconciled Ipe, Admin Misc, and Internet remain unposted. August's expense total, net, and margin can still move when those entries land.

What still needs attention
01
Production The cap changed; the behavior did not. Production was 53% of 2025 expenses, 55.7% of closed 2026 spend, and 62.6% of August spend. Use an approval gate tied to stock cover and sell-through—not another automatic cap increase.
02
Cash reserve A dedicated one-bad-month reserve is not visible in the current manifest. Keep the 1.5% savings habit, but separately show whether a January-scale buffer has actually been funded.
03
Fixed obligations The ₱12,811.11 monthly loan payment remains a permanent claim on cash. Stress-test it against slow months, not just July/August strength.
04
Data hygiene Late and missing postings can overstate live margin. Close payroll, utilities, fees, and SOA entries before treating any partial-month result as available cash.

What the trail suggests and what to improve next
Founder load is still operational.Pao filed 101 August items. Separate decisions only Pao can make from repeatable coordination that can be delegated.
Dabz is the visible execution hub.121 entries make fulfillment and processing load easy to see. Watch for batching opportunities and recurring blockers.
Entry quality matters more than entry volume.Add quantities, status, owner, and next handoff whenever a task creates downstream work.
Low counts require context.Enzo’s 12 visible entries may mean lighter logged work or incomplete capture. Confirm the logging habit before judging workload.
Local-sync note: importing the Task Trail HTML reads its embedded seed snapshot. Entries saved only in that tracker’s browser storage must first be exported into an updated HTML/JSON snapshot; the Command Center cannot read another page’s private localStorage.
The fastest seller should trigger a system, not a reaction.
V3 Hat White is already moving fast enough to justify an automatic reorder rule. PO-178 is the response; the lasting improvement is turning that response into a repeatable stock threshold.

Curated sync snapshot restored

Moved recalculation pills into normal card flow so they cannot cover text.
Patchv5.4August 24, 2026

Unified the arrow button, drawer width, overlay, and accessibility state around one mobile-open state.
Added a capture-level outside-tap fallback and Escape-key close behavior.
Switched mobile detection to the same media-query boundary used by the CSS.
Patchv5.3August 24, 2026

Removed the shared rule that hid every original hero and panel after local sync.
Changed imported data into a current live layer above the retained full dashboard.

Cloud-only sources are labeled as hosted connectors instead of being shown as falsely synced.

Added PO182: 100 Calli Matte Black units across M–3XL, with arrival date still pending.

What 2025 handed into 2026
01
Control production Require a mid-month approval gate before production spend approaches its cap. January showed that timing inventory ahead of demand can erase an entire year's result.
02
Diversify revenue Keep building Webstore and test TikTok in consistent, measured amounts. Shopee's reliability is valuable, but a 51.2% revenue concentration is too exposed.
03
Formalize compensation Administrative spend finished ₱126,963 over its annual cap. Compensation rules need to scale with business performance rather than outrun margin.
04
Build the buffer Keep the 1.5% savings discipline, but add a dedicated reserve capable of absorbing one January-scale month without threatening the full-year close.
